Olds Library has some resources online that people can access for free with their library card (Pronunciator for learning languages and Solaro for students who need help with homework and school curriculum Grades 3-12). In addition, ME card obtained at the lds Library gets you access to some of the language learning resources that the Red Deer Public Library has to offer (Tranparent Languages for all ages, Muzzy for children, Driver's Test preparation questions and Citizenship Test preparation online course.
